Spinach Salad Recipe

This spinach salad recipe includes sliced mushrooms and chopped red pepper and bacon.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound fresh spinach, washed, bite-size pieces
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped red pepper
  • 4 to 6 slices bacon, (or turkey bacon)
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing

Preparation:

Combine vegetables in a large serving bowl; toss well. Stir in bacon. Drizzle with dressing before serving.
Serves 6.
